Drone Flyover

Thread the rings, then land on the pad.

Your drone flies forward on its own over hills and canyons. You steer. Land on the pad at the end of the course, the cache coordinates, to clear the level.

Drag anywhere on the stage to steer: the farther you drag, the harder the drone turns, climbs or dives. Drag up to climb and down to dive. On a keyboard, hold the arrow keys or W, A, S and D.

The throttle sits on the right side of the stage: a second thumb there drags it up to fly faster or down to brake, and letting go returns to cruising speed. On a keyboard, hold E to speed up and Q to brake.

Watch the sky. Eagles dive at where you are headed, so swerve or change speed. Paragliders drift across the course, so pass above, below, or time it with the throttle. Rain storms cut the view and throw gusts that push you sideways. Touching any of them ends the flight.

Touching the ground ends the flight, and the level starts again from the beginning. The drone slows down as it nears the pad. Arrive over the pad and low enough to land. Later courses add a crosswind that pushes you sideways.

Rings hang along the route. The pad only takes a drone that threaded at least half of them. Thread every ring for three stars, or most of them for two.

Each cleared level is checked by the server and saved, so a level you have cleared stays cleared. Clear every level to unlock the reveal.

Opening these rules pauses the flight. Sound and vibration are off until you turn them on with the buttons above the course.
