Baudot-Murray

Encode and decode 5-bit Baudot and Baudot-Murray telegraph code.

The original Baudot code was invented by Emile Baudot in 1870 as a 5-bit telegraph code known as ITA1. Donald Murray later improved it into ITA2, assigning common letters and symbols to patterns with fewer punched holes.
