Scream Cipher
Every letter becomes an A, told apart only by its diacritic.
The Scream Cipher, from xkcd #3054, writes every message as nothing but the letter A. Each letter of the alphabet gets its own diacritic, so B is Ȧ, E is Á, S is Ã, and so on, while A stays a plain A. Decoding accepts both precomposed accented letters and an A followed by separate combining marks, so text copied from anywhere works.
